In Kyiv opened already longer ago a new passport service: it will be able to take 1,500 people a day.

A modern location has opened in Kyiv for applying for a biometric passport. They process 70 to 75 applications per hour. Features include a cooled room, a small restaurant, a children's playground with a babysitter, "service with a smile," and various water dispensers for a chilled cup of water. The State enterprise "Document" will open the largest in Ukraine "Passport service", which will issue biometric passports and ID-cards.
